1.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Password (stored in hashed form only)
  • Phone number (if you choose to provide it for SMS/WhatsApp notifications)

1.2 Authentication via Third Parties

If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

1.3 Monitoring Data

  • Site monitoring: URLs you add, HTTP response codes, response times, SSL certificate details (issuer, expiry date, status) collected from our monitoring locations.
  • Server monitoring: system metrics sent by the monitoring agent you install on your servers, including: hostname, IP address, kernel version, CPU architecture, uptime, load averages, memory/swap usage, disk usage, and inode usage.

1.4 Notification Credentials

If you connect notification channels, we store the identifiers you provide:

  • Telegram chat ID (personal and/or group)
  • Viber receiver ID (personal and/or group)
  • Phone number (for WhatsApp and SMS via Twilio)

1.5 Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We may store a Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata to manage your account.

1.6 Technical Data

  • IP address and timezone (sent via request headers)
  • Browser type and device information (standard HTTP headers)
  • Session data stored via cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Provide and operate the monitoring service
  • Send alerts and notifications through your chosen channels
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Authenticate your identity
  • Improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Monitoring history (site responses, server metrics) may be periodically pruned or aggregated per our internal retention schedule.
  • Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Session management and authentication
  • Storing user preferences (e.g., language, theme)

We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
